Ordered a crown and a tiara for my wedding and they were absolutely beautiful. I loved it!♥️ The delivery was very quick and efficient also, very well wrapped and protected. Customer service was quick with their responses and very helpful. I would recommend innovation to anybody👌🏾
I ordered a backpack purse for my wife for Christmas, hoping it would arrive, unfortunately it did not due to a problem at the dispatching end. I was offered a refund, but I turned it down as I had been searching for a while and requested that they send out another. To be fair to Innovato Design it was coming close to Christmas when I ordered it. The goods arrived and my wife is very happy, and that is all that matters.
I made my purchase on November 24 2022 and it was scheduled to arrive before Christmas which I had planned to propose to my partner on Christmas day. Unfortunately, my order was lost along the way and I did not receive it until mid-January. I am still rating 4/5 because customer service was amiable and they took all the steps to ensure I got my product. Although I didn't get to propose the way I originally planned, I took this as an opportunity to do something more meaningful. I would also like to add that due to the affordable price, I was able to prepare a very special moment for my partner over a fancy dinner and a customized ring box matching her tastes. If your partner truly loves you and doesn't expect you to go bankrupt over a ring (assuming you're unable to drop thousands on a single ring) I absolutely recommend Innovato.
Although the ring I bought for my husband did not arrive in time for Christmas, that was more my fault for leaving the ordering so late. When I got an email saying expected delivery was 26th January I was a little disappointed but you can imagine my (and by husbands) delight when it actually turned up on 4th January. He's very happy with it, it's a great looking and extremely good value for money piece of jewellery and just what he wanted.
