I ordered 2 items for family members for Christmas. Both items by no means were as described on website. The black stainless steel necklace was not only cheap looking but 1/2 in short and didn’t come with velvet bag. The Celtic tree necklace was more pot metal cheap plastic then stainless steel. I was not going to give these items as gifts. Too embarrassed. If wanting to get a refund I had to send items back on my dime and my valuable time. And partial refund was a joke and didn’t happen either. I contacted PayPal and they drop the ball on this nightmare as well. both items went to the trash so I’m hoping this $40.34 review reaches others not to buy from this company!
