Awesome ring purchased for my son. Really nice design and excellent workmanship. I needed it to be reasonably priced as my teenage son is quite likely to lose it! This ring was incredible value for money and my son adores it. He cherishes so much he hasnt lost it so far and rarely takes it off!
If I could give them a Zero star I would. I ordered earrings from them the order said it was delivered but it wasn't delivered to my address because I didn't get it. Not sure who got my earrings someone did and it wasn't me. Yet I told them what happened and they said if I can prove it wasn't delivered I can get another set sent to me. The problem is it was delivered and they refuse to send me another pair. I can only get 30% off on my next purchase. They can Kiss my sweet @## for this. I refuse to pay for another product I never received in the first place. I am sure they ended up by stealing this from me somehow. Because I asked them for proof that they did send this to me and it wasn't fake they stopped contacting me. Such an awful experience and lost on $80.00 this was with exchange rate, lesson learnt. Never buy from this company again. Bunch of thieves. Gouging company....
the item that i ordered, didnt come soon enough in my opinion.,, though I was very surprised on its return. I do like it. I do. was hoping that the crown was bigger enough to wear and take pictures with. But i still appreciate it in more ways than just one. Thank You, Innovato Design
I have purchased 3 times from the company and I am not unhappy with the quality and craftsmanship of the jewelry I purchased. I had amazing communication through each purchase and they always correct things that may go wrong. I will definitely be using these guys again
