It smells lovely, and the scent does hold very well on the hair. I could smell it as the wind blew while out and about shopping.It is drying though, therefore I have stopped using both the shampoo and conditioner. I will probably mix it with my other products to use it up, or save it for emergencies only. And you need an awful lot of the shampoo to feel clean as it doesn’t spread well or foam.
Shampoo very good indeed but pump nozzle on pack will not operate at all. I have to dismantle to get shampoo out?Reply to your response (today 20th)October I see you replied to.my comment but, it is no help at all with my problem not being able to use the the pump on the shampoo.Advice PLEASE.
Whilst the products I ordered were not right for my hair, the company were very good at responding to my messages and concerns offered me a full refund for the items.Syrine always responded to my emails quickly and very happy with the resolution.
Great kit to start knkwing this brand.I have dry hair and the orange colour ( pear oil ) collection of shampoo, hair mask, overnight serum and leave in condition seem to work perfectly together.Fast delivery and quality/ price value
I've had multiple issues with discount codes from this company not working as promised. Despite receiving promotional codes for their hair care products, they consistently failed to apply at checkout. I contacted customer service and was told the codes didn’t work because my basket included discounted items or bundles. However, I provided a clear photo showing that wasn’t the case. Unfortunately, they didn’t take any further action to resolve the issue. Very frustrating and disappointing service.
Pleased with my Order, all intact except one of the Rose conditioning Sprays arrived without a cap, it had leaked a little,bottle was slightly sticky so i have kept that one for myself and the other items are good so I can give them as little pressies.
