Review Time
I have long been a subscriber to Intelius and have found that it always does its utmost to provide good service.Thinking over my apparent need to unsubscribe, I find that I would like to retain the "People Search" component which I use most often. I would hope that you can reenroll me in this facet of Intekius.
I recently reviewed Intelius based on my experience using their service. Nicole in their Customer Service Department reached out to me, thanking me for using their service and for writing a review. This showed class and excellence in their customer service. I was further impressed by the fact that they issued a refund because I felt I had not received what I sought. Outstanding business ethic!! I stand corrected. Thank you, Intelius.
seemed a bait and switch. started with a free trial with .95cents charge for owner of a phone number. then $4.99 charge then report with no information then survey where i wrote "nothing received". To get a refund had to call 877 number in Peru - canceled and got 4.95 backeventualy- the additinal 4.95 they asked for before i could get a report was very un clear AND a report never appeared
