I’ve called with questions 2 times and told someone would contact me with answers both times… never happened! Why are simple things like when clicking on “extended data” (which should be automatically loaded and included) and even when highlighting you want it INCLUDED ON PDF’s (which I pay extra for) IT NEVER SHOWS UP ON THE PDF!!!! That’s important details that are NEEDED ON THE PDF!!! Also you shouldn’t make someone give their EMAIL (taking PRIVACY AWAY) when SUBMITTING A “REVIEW” not it’s going to 1 star but I would give ZERO IF POSSIBLE!
This company's software is not worth a penny. It's a 100% garbage, and stay away from it. For they do not provide the information, they say. They will. Not worth the money, stay away from them!Double-check your cancellation because they just tried to charge me again. I had to call and insist that I'd been canceled, and they sent me an email confirmation.
Intelius is terrible. The information they provide is questionable at best and frequently outdated or inaccurate. And they will spam you mercilessly with pop-up ads trying to entice you into signing up. I literally receive about a dozen every 24-hour period on my lap top. Avoid Intelius like you would avoid the plague.
