The website was not user friendly. I wanted to cancel and it took me way too long to find out how to contact your business. I felt like I wasn’t supposed to find a way to contact you like you didn’t want me to cancel. When I finally found a number to call, the agent was very polite, but his accent was hard to understand.
Absolutely terrible. I wanted one simple search ($0.95) which I paid. The search was no help and had extremely minimal information. A week later I happened to notice they charged me $35, guess they hid a subscription in there. Sure my bad for not reading the fine print. However, they made it super difficult to cancel the subscription and even upon searching other names I found nothing on anyone… what is the point of the subscription if you get nothing from it? Every button on this website links to some kind of payment that is hidden so beware. Also anything you pay is useless because it doesn’t actually find any information. There’s many websites that work better.
The company explained that the info reflected in the report may not have been updated and that what I had expected to find might soon be released by the authorities in the coming weeks. They returned my fees and I excepted their apology.Very professional as they made the effort to address the issue.
