Though I had opted out and cancelled my subscription online, I continued to receive $29.66 charge on my credit card. I had one good experience with the woman who assisted in resolving my issue of ensuring the charges were dropped. That being said, you've lost a customer.
A call to cancel my subscription because I have the information that I need, the representative that I spoke with was very professional and understanding. She even offered me a separate service to continue with intellius, but I declined. Thank you for the great customer service.
