I have just started my NEBOSH course with IT career switch. I’m Beverly has supported me so much throughout the journey. I have been a student of ITcarrerswitch for the past year and I am currently taking my international exams. All its agents have been amazing. Especially Janine who has helped me get my course extended after I had to move from UK to the EU. Responded to all my emails in a timely fashion and ensured that I received all codes for my livelabs and mock exams. She ensured that I receive the correct exam vouchers and sent me emails to wish me well on exam day. For me it has been a great experience all through.
I applied for Web design course at ITcareer switch , it's very good course but it's very long and needs too much time , I extended my time to 2 years instead of 1, but my tutor "Nelson Dhlamini" is very helpful and he always reply to my emails and questions immediatly during working hours
Updated review about job placement part. Mark was very helpful and always answered my queries promptly. He sent regular jobs to apply to and coordinated a mock interview with one of their advisors when I got an interview. Still haven’t heard from any of the company partners, after 6 weeks, but luckily I am proactive and found a job on one of the job ad websites. IT Career Switch did all they advertised to do.
