My learning experience with IT Career Switch has been nothing short of amazing! The process is very structured and the modules are simplified and easy to understand even as a beginner. Many thanks to Dean and Janine for great assistance and customer service; very fast and responsive. I also have to commend my tutor Yolandi for her patience and ability to simplify things while undertaking the practical projects for the course. It seemed daunting at first, but with her help I was able to pass one time!I would highly recommend for anyone looking to transition into tech.
My experience so far has been great! The course has had a great format, with clear and well-explained stages and course content which I am really enjoying. Janine has also been excellent, she has been very responsive, and answered all my questions promptly and kindly helped put my mind at ease!
IT career switch does what it says it will.Although you have to be self disciplined to get yourself through the courses. It was well structured with the courses was very well laid out and it explained what I needed to do at every step. The online trainers (Pre-recorded videos) were excellent, explaining every aspect of the subject and shared their real life stories to help better understand the topics I was studying. Yolande, who was my point of contact for IT career switch, was very responsive and I never had to wait more than a few hours for a response. I have just passed my final course and I am now waiting for the recruitment team to get in contact to get me my first role.
I would recommend this company to anyone due to there helpful courses and helpful customer. I had run into some financial issues and a man of the name of Dave Middleton had help me with my struggle I have nothing but thanks to this company and that man
