I completed all the courses for my PM traineeship but unfortunately wrote the last exam late due to illness. Lana was just the best person for me. She listened and advocated for me , she understood my situation and took responsibility for poor communication from their team , and finally Lana got me the extension I need!Thank you Lana for just being cheerful and helping me to remain calm and trustful of the entire process.
