Review Time
So I bought the Darcy to use with the Wife as a bit of a surprise. Suffice to say it worked better than I thought - although the vibration appeared super strong when switching it on, it must have been at the perfect intensity. It worked once, twice, three, and four times (and we've only used it once!). My wife tends to be very "efficient" with money, so she had no idea at how much it cost. Afterwards, I asked her "was it worth the $200" and she looked me dead in the eye and said "easily." I don't normally write these sort of reviews, but the product did such a fantastic job, I felt it only fair for me to spend a few minutes of praise!
Love the website, very informative and easy to navigate. The product arrived quickly and was discreet in the way it was packaged. The product worked great for the first few times but then unfortunately had issues holding charge. The customer service I received whilst going through the warranty claims/ replacement process was amazing! They were very quick to respond, they were extremely apologetic and very helpful to resolve the issue but more importantly it was a real person that was managing my case not just a generated response. Would highly recommend!
