This company should be renamed…

This company should be renamed Independent Utility ILL advise as I was coerced into signing a 3 year contract at a grossly overpriced rate. A representative of this company came into the business premises to sell me a new energy contact as I was in the last year of my current one . He came across as very genuine and I trusted him to get us the best deal for our business and so I stupidly signed up. I am now paying at least £500 a month more than I would be had I negotiated my own contract. I am the victim of a good salesman. I realise it is a life market and that prices fluctuate but the amount I am paying is far and above any alternative price I have enquired about . Please think long and hard before siging up with this unscrupulous company.December 2023 approached, August 2024 contract started.

Cold-called me and started asking lots of questions.

I received a cold call from this company. The gentleman didn't give his name and was asking me lots of questions which was an uncomfortable experience. I asked to be removed from their call-list, and I have kept a note of the time/date when they phoned in case they cold-call again.
