shocking

Received a phone call from one of the sales reps, informed them we wasn't available to talk, he was very insistent and pushy that what he was trying to sell was important, once i told him i couldn't be of any more help he then asked for my name, called me useless and put the phone down. not a way to try and sell a product and defiantly not a way a good sales person would talk, reason for the 1 star is because unfortunately cannot give it a 0.

Nuisance calls

We keep getting calls from them despite it being made clear we are not interested. They do not adhere to the Telephone Preference Service requirements and therefore we suspect that their data is obtained by less than orthodox means. I would be extremely wary of trusting this organisation.Reply from Independent Utility Advice LtdAn hour agoGood morning Matt, I apologise for the phone calls, is it possible for you to email me so I can confirm your contact number and have this removed from our systems? Thank you.- This wouldn't be neccesary if IUadvice were to check their call lists against the TPS as they are legally required to do. A full complaint has been submitted.Second update I emailed them as requested and no one has got back to me.
