Cancelling an account

Emailed IUA Ltd as we need to cancel two of our utility contracts in the near future. Was contacted in a very timely manner by Derek who requested some info from me and I am now able to leave it in his capable hands. I have been dealing with IUA for a couple of years now and have always found them polite, friendly and helpful.
