Don't even deserve the one star I do hope something gets done about how the people in this company obtain their contracts. We have been coerced into a 4 year contract with them which was apparently signed June 23 for it to start October 24 ??? , with them copying signatures from a previous contract obtaining our bank details for direct debit from there , as there is no way we gave them for the present dispute , which is currently with the ombudsman. Jason Andres was the guy who spoke to the accounts assistant about this, who in turn told her boss that he had been into the office and spoke to her, immediately her boss phoned jason Andres and told him that accounts assistant had no authority and under no circumstances to contact her again and to speak to the general manager (director) , no contact was ever made to him Coerced into a contract which increased our tariff from 7.43 standing charge to 157.12 per day, unit charge of 4.85 to 12.49 who in there right mind would agree to this contract .As we say we feel this contract has been fraudulently obtained, and we are not the only company that has experienced this just check other trust pilot reviews .In our opinion stay clear of this company.Under no circumstances get involved with this company.
