Although there is an assertive front end to this business once past that and dealing with one of their consultants there was trust built. We went through a competitive tendering process and Derek Mellegard kept a very professional approach but answered every point with his skills and experience of the industry. We agreed on a tariff that suited or needs and this was tested in the market. The follow up and service I have received from Joanne Hutchison in customer care has been appropriate and timely and I rate their service very highly.
Will not take no for an answer!Despite giving a very firm response on 04/04/24 informing the cold caller from I U Advice that the Finance Director had confirmed their services were not required, the same advisor called again on 05/04/24. An email had also been sent on 04/04/24 requesting erasure of details.

Very helpful, saves dealing with endless wait times with the big electricity companies. rates often far better than going direct.
