I'd definitely recommend giving this company a chance to help with your utility requirements. I was contacted by Anthony who was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. He has helped us negotiate a contract with a new supplier which will save our company a lot of money going forward, which I wouldn't have been able to do without his help. I didn't have to do a thing, he did everything for me and made it so easy and I am so glad I took his call. Thanks Anthony, much appreciated.
The Team at IU Consult were fantastic (particularly Liam and Jack) at sorting out the mess we had been left in by our previous broker who auto-renewed our electric contract when specifically told not to. Liam and Jack got everything sorted and have continued to follow up with additional glitches caused by the previous broker.
Working with IUA is always a pleasure. They make things super easy and straight forward and always go the extra mile for their customers. Jack in particular has been exceptional to work with. Jack makes every call or email straight forward, and it is a breath of fresh air working alongside him. From a supplier's point of view, we couldn't ask for anything more!
Received a call, said i was willing for them to look into to get a price on utilities. After that received x5 other calls from various people at IUA asking for same service i'd already accepted.Had another arranged call with someone to explain our requirements. Was told he would email a quote but didn't.His colleague was then to call me with quote but instead was more concerned with what quotes i'd had so far so they could beat it. I said no, I just want best price, so give me best price that they could. He said would email quote but that they could do between xx-xxp.Never received quote, chased it up and was told they could not do the quote i was after of xx-xxp, even though i never gave them the price, they gave me the price.Complete cowboys.

They are attentive to our needs and problems, accessible, straightforward to deal with, current about the market and work hard to find the most appropriate solution. This is not like a standard call centre operations as many are.
