The five star is for the customer service I have received from Melanie Wilson. It’s been so refreshing that when problems do occur they are sorted so swiftly and with the most kindness I have ever come across. It is my favourite vape. There was a problem but it has always been fixed straight away.

I've been using the IVG air for some time now and really like how it smokes and the flavours available. I work in trade and my old device had become scratched up and full of dust so decided to buy a new one. After unpacking it and setting it up I took a toke but the lid didn't sit right and let too much air in (completely different to my old device). Swapped the lid over from my old one and it still did the same so problem was with the body of device. I emailed customer support and the reply was brilliant. They've offered to replace my device and they were extremely friendly and quick on response. I feel they fully deserve a 5 star review from me and feel very happy as a customer.

Happily uses IVG disposables for a while, since the UK is bringing in a ban on disposable vapes I decided to get the rechargeable IVG Air. Considering this is supposed to be a reusable vape it's rubbish. The first one i got was broken, the top bit where you put the flavours span around and didn't lock into place. The second one I got I've been using for 6 days and the top has started spinning and not locking into place. These vapes just seem like a way around the new laws coming in rather than being a proper reusable vape. I'll definitely be trying another brand now. AVOID AT ALL COST.
