Review Time
First vape i bought was a IVG AIR 2 in 1 version, i bought because it has the option to recharge it. opened it and tried it to test it works, worked fine, so I charged it fully, then after charging it suddenly didnt work just got a red flashing light and no flavour through. I find it hard to believe my charger is the problem since i use the same charger cable and plug for older mobile devices and friends vapes of a different brand.Shop has given me another one, this one seems to be fine up to now, hopefully i dont have to come back and change this review, fingers crossed.EDIT: 24 hours later and the second one seems to be working without faults this time.
Brought an IVG smart 5500 from my local premier shop like normal unfortunately it wasn’t working so contacted IVG customer services who straight away ordered a replacement vape to be delivered to my home address after I send pictures of the vape i had brought that wasn’t working so m very impressed with how quick they resolved the issue as I was a little unsure of what help they would offer. Thank you and I will definitely carry on buying the IVG vapes.

I found these vapes to be the best disposable vapes on the market. Was very with them until I got a faulty vape and then I thought it was a once off so I bought the second one and the shopkeeper assured me that it was a different box and the vape would be fine. I emailed IVG and they said they would replace the two of them. A week later nothing arrived, after multiple emails they sent one vape which was a different vape. Very frustrating as they aren’t cheap vapes!
