Review Time
Ordered the 2x 500g jelly belly jelly beans werent dispatched for 2 days states 48 hour tracked delivery didnt recieve until 3 days when they arrived opened box to find BOTH bags were open both on the ends and not like a rip but like if you open a bag of crisps at the ends with a majority of both bags emptied out into the box which wasnt damaged so couldnt be down to packaging/delivery emailed straight away with photos to be told it would be escalated to a manager for them to send a form i can sign to get the issue sorted but no mention of what they class as sorted and 4 days later still no email/form and threw the items away as couldnt be sure they hadnt been tampered with due to both bags open perfectly at the ends so had to of happened at packaging otherwise they would of noticed the contents emptying out when picked up!
I ordered chomp bars for a school event. They were amazing value which meant we could afford the quantity we needed. They arrived well packaged. The children really enjoyed their treat. I would definitely buy from them again.
Did not realise the energy bars I bought for cycling were out of safe consumption date. It is on their website but I cannot see how it is legal to sell out of date foodstuff. Moreover the 'fresher' in date version of the bars was cheaper on Amazon. Check elsewhere first as Google shop is clearly a paid for service by the retailer. No doubt I should have not been so naive to assume the foodstuff I bought was fit for consumption.
Products available on their website saying a specific expiry date, and with a limited number available. Ok good, so you know what you have available exactly. Dispatch same day if ordered by 13:00. (So I placed an order at 08:23 for same day dispatch, no problem like). Friday comes and still no one had dispatch my order. So I emailed them to ask if they can look into it. I immediately got a dispatch notification and a reply saying they were waiting for stock. (Bull crap as they know what the dates are of the products and quantities available). The worst part is that even then they never dispatched them that day either. So come the evening I emailed them again and asking what the hell as I can’t stand being lied too. I’d appreciate an email back on Saturday explaining. I do get an email back but instead it’s at 21:33 at night well outside of their office hours just showing they couldn’t be bothered to deal with it in the day time respectively. So a same day dispatch service is a lie, and the customer services is a lie, and the picking and dispatch team can’t work effectively in doing their job either. This isn’t the first order I’ve placed but it is sure to be the last at this rate. I could stomach a balls up as things happen but I can’t stomach someone lying to me and customer services not even replying with a genuine reason and then just acting deceitful as marking as dispatched when they have no intention of sending the items that day while just trying to cover their own rears from my credit card company.
