Terrible casino. Good games and all nice selection of live tables easy to deposit wouldn't know about withdrawals. Al I know is I've played about 2 yrs deposited 5,280 cad in that time never made a withdrawal I asked there support via email if I could get a nice perk of some kind I was thinking 50 bucks c4dit or free bonus spi anything for 5000 in losses/no wins. , and it takes them a week to replies every time and everytime they played dumb like didn't know what I was asking or wrong account name finally after 3 weeks I just gave up and stopped messaging them.. nice casino! The online casino industry has gone bad these past two years. They claim it should always be “fun” yet they hire psycho paths to design the games to piss you off, and piss you off only. That is good fun. Gambling is not. It’s addicting as hell. It’s all I think about and I wouldn’t wish this upon my worst enemy. Please remember these games are not designed for you to win, that’s it. If they were they wouldn’t be in business. I hope that everyone who is struggling out there can get the help they need cause there is more to life than this junk. If you’re doing your research before you make the plunge good for you but I urge you to walk away from these thought of gambling. And if you must play first take a 50$ out of your wallet and burn it, then do that every day twice a day for the next three months and tell me how you feel. Love you all. Take care.
Definitely a big problem with their withdrawals!! Claims their express withdrawal will be under 1 hour, but I've waited over 48 hours a few times !! Oddly only after calling customer service 1-800 # my deposits came thru almost immediately. Currently waiting on two separate withdrawals over 5 hours !! Spoke with customer service but no results . Just a load of b.s
Suddenly you have to give documentation for proof off address but they want a utility bill and I don't have one under my name.... zero correspondence and zero help so basically I feel like the scammed the money and refuse to pay out
Very disappointedThere isn't a great selection of games, and worse part is i was logged in and then randomly logged me out for no known reason.It was very difficult to get through to the live chat, through their chat bot, on top of that first person closed the chat on me once i gave them my user name and the casino name. they said thank you then ended it.second time i had to wait again for someone to answer, then they went through the same process. This time they asked for security questions and then asked the worst querstions - what was the last game you played? - how am i suppose to know i didn't read it but could describe the game wasn't good enough.then they asked what was my deposit limit on my account and again i could not remember as i had changed it recently but obviously didnt take note.i was like why can't you ask real security questions, like email, address, last deposit amount or last 3 but nope.Needless to say i will not ever play there again even if i miraculously remember the game or deposit limits. such BS.
