Jackpot City used to be one of the best now I'd give it zero stars if it where and option.

I have been a loyal customer for years and for the last five years they have been absolutely garbage. I've been loyal to this casino alone and really barely played anywhere else and no matter what can't seem to win anything that really would be considered a decent win and we'll I've put all together 50 000 and withdrawn 12 000 so do the math and ya I might of had a few small wins in the past but the more loyal you seem to be the less you win and if you complain they freeze your acount and even rip you off on your loyalty points. Not to mention they have terrible customer service and terrible waiting periods for withdrawals because they want to wait as long as possible to give you your money just because they really probably think that's the best way to reduce the number of withdrawals is to keep the money in your casino acount for as long as possible and chances are the person might just go back and spend it and then they bring the wins down to nothing to ensure they get that back if they can. They just make sure you don't win on a single spin on any game doesn't matter which one it's obviously rigged. Anyone who says different hasn't played enough. And they have the worst bonuses imaginable and their free spins are garbage even for their loyal customers. I would literally go with any other casino now and I would like to get some of my money back from them but if I can detour people from using their casino and bring their ratings down at all that's good enough for me.

how does a legit online casino just shutdown or not allow access to even your account?? unable to log in for last 9 hrs and website shows OOPS ITS BROKEN. So crazy but I m the crazy one lol .
