Not sure it was a good idea to play at Jackpot City. Slots are still acting subpar IMO. Its like theyre rigged for regions and times. Should just go back to sportsbooks. No luck playing here. Maybe im flagged with deposits or something..idk about this site atm. Subpar gameplay.
This company is a scam they dont really reply to emails only once or twice a week....and the live chat agents especially like to also muck you around and lie .....i won heaps took 7weeks to varify my details then they lie and say it failed to go through to my visa etc....i do not recommend
Absolutely horrendous customer service. All I want to do is self exclude myself from this Casino, and I can't get a hold of them via chatbot. When I phoned them, they said the line I wanted was busy (again) and said that this was the "promotional line", I said I did not want their $100, and to please connect me to the appropriate line, then they asked me again if I wanted $100, I said "no", and then they just hung up. I have been trying to self exclude from this site and they are making it impossible. I am extremely unimpressed, and it feels as though they are making it extremely difficult on purpose. This Casino is pathetic and proving themselves to be genuine scam artists, with no morals or respect for the dignity and wellbeing of their customers.
I was starting to think I was being able to win and get to $20 and $30 and once little above. Every time then it would just roll spin and drain the winnings faster then way faster then what the winnings were. But one thing still gets me is you try to withdraw money and seems we are left to wait to a point were you have to cancel and use it rather then be paid out. Yes I have taken $100 but I left $50 just because of that being made to wait. Yes and that $50 went faster then winning it. Thanks I would love to see games like the Royal Spins, Swinging Bells those classic games and even the new ones you see VLT's
They didn’t accept my withdrawal because the name on my account didn’t match the first name on my ID even though the name on the account was my middle name and my last name is accurate. This pushed the withdrawal back and it took 3 weeks of fighting with them to process my withdrawal successfully. The company also make it extremely difficult to contact a live agent. I have pictures of their AI asking me if I wanted to speak with a live agent, me saying yes and them saying “I’m sorry how can we help you today” over and over.
