There advertised live chat is misleading. It's a virtual assistant. Still no money received, they don't reply emails and I will be getting this investigated shortly with Gambling Commision. Jackpot city has taken my winnings twice and refused to pay them out even after issues are resolved. The email address and other contact methods are not reliable I have been trying for months and months to resolve things but have not heard back from anyone at all. Jackpot city is a SCAM
