Team Deposit $650 vs Team Withdrawal…$150, oh ! hold on I mean Team W is at zero.

Its too bad that I have to give Jackpot City a negative rating but when your withdrawal was approved and apparently going to your account 2 weeks ago yeah Im now pretty concerned. I can not for the life of me get any actual live chat to fix this. I noticed they somehow have maybe combined 2 different emails of mine when I got a short look at my deposit info. I have emailed 4 times and get no info just that they will get back to me in 48hrs.Why wouldn't their support staff attempt to contact me instead of sending me promotion after promotion. I feel like Im just going to get the run around till i stopped caring.
