Customer help centre is not helpful at all

I have been trying for 5 days to get through to a live agent. After being put on hold by the virtual assistant for long wait times I get disconnected. I need to speak to someone due to a deposit, not showing up in my casino account, but I can’t get through. The help FAQ message says contact a live agent, which is what I have been trying to do. I have also emailed and I have not heard back yet.

This is one of the worst online sites

This is one of the worst online sites! Just nothing after nothing after nothing after nothing! The game gets to where all the bonuses a fully loaded up ...... An just Nothing! Or when they finally do drop it give you the worst drops possible! Every Once in a while you might get something! Then no matter what you play, you just lose, lose, lose! This site really feels like scam site! I swear! No matter what you play, if the site puts you on a losing streak, it's not just the game you did win a miniscule amount, ALL THE GAMES are all of a sudden on a lose streak!! It's ridiculous! I deposited 50 dollars, you gave me a one hundred percent match. That was nice. I won 500 on various games. I saw my luck drying up, so I went to withdraw 300 of the 500 I had won, but when I tried I gotta message saying that I haven't met the required play through amount. Which was over 1,700 dollars. Seems to me that that is very unfair and ridiculous. Can you explain why I need to play through until I hit 1,700 plus dollars? And what is a play through anyway?? I will not be spending another dime on such a dishonest cash grab site like this one!! Oh,and I will be hitting social media to tell of my recent experience.
