It says it will take 3to 7 days for the payment. After waiting for 10 days it's still saying 3 to 7 days very disappointing. It's been 3 weeks and no payment credit in my account after all verification procedures ok but still waiting
Loved it was paid out quickly. HATE that they paid it into my Visa credit card when the only withdrawal option chosen was a Mastercard debit card! Last withdrawal went into the correct account so they know to use that one but for some reason decided not to!Also hate you can't delete a card you don't want used.

I realized I used a pen name. So I requested a change of the name through the channels given. I received an auto reply that they would respond in 48 hours. Never happened tried again through the help email, again the 48 hours still no reply. Tried the online chat and they asked so many questions I felt it was a scam and said so. This was $1000 NZ.they never returned it to my players account. I understood losing the money because I used the wrong name but the lack of customer service in trying to resolve the problem was abysmal. I love the games, it's well set up but don't get sucked in they will give you pay back it doesn't happen. I'm still waiting for the 48 hours reply 6 weeks later.
