Worst Service ever met.. i only want my account back that i lost because alice moved to O2 but they want to prove it that i am the real owner an Email confirmation to my old email account and the exact creation day of my account.. and also my internet provider at account creation day and the exact day where i firstly moved away since account creation.. and nope its not enough that i remember my old old username or my password. And also not enough that the mail account holder Name is my Name and in the Mail address is also my Name.. who tf should steal my account of this crap game??? Nobody. Jagex Support sucks.. and they have no email adress or phone number provided to contact them. Only their s-hi-tt-y security bot that avoids all requests to get my account back..
The costumer service of Jagex is iterally disgusting!!!!!how the F... are u guys bein able to be a company if u have a support center which is not reachable!! They even Ban accounts out of no reason just as the only thought ur doing something wrong. And ur account is gone. literally make up nonsence to delete your account
If I could put 0 stars this would be a negative 20 star business. Do not spend money on them. They charged my PayPal after I had unauthorized another payment and refuse multiple times to give me my money back after they charged me and I have not used their product in MONTHS. Soon as they sold their company I stopped doing anything with it because of them siphoning my information. They need to be shut down and sued for how completely garbage they are.
Jagex is god awful at customer support seeing as how you can never even talk to an actual person. They hide behind automated responses for everything. "A team member of our player staff has carefully reviewed..." apparently means sending out the same automated email for everything, even requesting information that was already provided. The fact that Jagex has 0 human customer support shows you how much they value $$$ over the actual players
Worst company in existence.They set the standard (annoying) auto-renew membership feature as usual. Filed for a refund, was supposed to receive a response in 2 days. Received a response 3-4 days in my email, then they locked my account because I filed a claim with my bank because they wouldn't respond. How much worse could your company be? 0 Stars
Worst ever, I paid to buy bonds and didn’t recieve anything in return when making a dispute they blocked my account till I pay what’s owed. Rather than contacting me about the issue they just block accounts. They go unaswer all email you do through there website! I ended up paying twice so I can access my account and I was hoping I have my money back as soon as they discover the problem. But they don’t even contact you!
