if you like to spend hours of your life after your account has been hacked just to continue getting nowhere speaking to someone is completely out of the question. Then Jagex supports the place to be, beyond me how games 100 times smaller have and are better support than a company almost worth a billion most pathetic customer support I've personally seen its 2021 where's your live support team at the pub ?
I bought a subscription and got to play for a day before being wrongly given a permanent and unappealable ban for major macroing. It was actually kind of hilarious and it saved me from getting back into runescape. Either way, I got randomly permanently banned for no reason and all my attempts at contacting support were futile. So it seems to be a pretty bad company.
I never heard of this company until it started taking money out of my account!!! So I looked it up, the games look awful! Give me my money back! I had to change my card number and now can't access the 50 cents in my account, which would be 105$ that I needed today. But jagex screwed that all up!
The non existent “customer support” could not care any less about their loyal players. It is impossible to talk to a jagex employee and when they finally reach out to you via email it is always a bot. This will ALWAYS result in people quitting their game for another one which actually gives a crap about their customers. Absolute terrible experience
I have received a minor ban for botting, This is a temporary ban for 48 hours but I am disheartened and it has made me feel like leaving completely. I have never used a bot to cheat and every click that has been made on that game has been mine and I have grinded every minute of it! I now have a black mark against my account and if banned again it will be permanent. I now feel like I don't want to waste any more of my time because they may decide to ban me after 100's of hours put into it.. When you try to appeal you are told there is "sufficient evidence" This is pure rubbish. There is no customer service you are just sent round in circles with all the automated responses. People don't believe you were banned unfairly.. well wait for it to happen to them.. the system is flawed and you have just lost a loyal player of 16 years... and you will lose many more if you keep this up.
