Mod Twisted is a loser.Jagex had a data breach and as result all my items were stolen. Whoever logged into my acocunt knew the password, which was different from any other password I use. I asked them to return my items, and they basically told me to eff off.A buddy gave me a large amount of gold to get back up and running and then they sent me a message saying I did RWT and next time I would be banned, Now I'm afraid to make large trades...These people suck... and arent willing to compete with black market prices. Every MOD on twitter is a nerd power struggle loser.

Absolutely terrible customer support

Absolutely terrible customer support. No way to contact them via their website so you have to go to "jagexsupport" on twitter. After getting 1 or 2 if you are lucky automated replies from one of their social media staff they will proceed to ignore every other tweet to them after that no matter how badly you need them, no matter if they have streased you out to the point of no return. Absolutely terrible horrid service.My oldest osrs account got hacked, i don't know for how long but i realized recently, when i went to login the hacker got it banned in 2021 (last time i played was either 2019 or 2020 but definitely not 2021). I tried to appeal it stating my account was hacked, what do you know? A mod swoops in stating "the ban was correct we have manually reviewed it blah blah blah" i honestly can not think of a single reason why whyy whyyyyyyy Jagex refuse to unban innocent players and lie about evidence. How could this possibly be benefitting them????? How????????????On top of this my 2nd osrs account was also banned last year, i was training slayer on lunar isle, playing 100% manually not even a single bit of afk because if you try to afk here u will die on this task. Also, i was playing on the original Jagex client not even any 3rd party one. Next thing you know i DC and it says macroing major. Again appeal denied by Mod Elisieu the Mod with the invisible evidence in his fantasy world bloody liar!!!!!!!I wish all of the players would unite together against Jagex for this unacceptable vile customer support

Jagex effectively stole money from me

I ended up buying some members bonds to get a bit of in-game currency. After a few days, Jagex hit my account with a charge back, which not only locked me out of the account, but before it did, Jagex stripped my character of all member items, my gold trimmed armor sets, my weapons, and nearly 50mil from my in-game bank. All I had left was non-member items. The weird part was there was still money in my bank, so my account wasn't hacked. After a week of back and forth through support tickets, paying the "overdue" amount on my account, and even having to go so far as to use Razer Gold to end up paying for it, what am I left with? No items, gold, weapons, armor. No anything. When I reached out to Jagex, they told me that because I traded the members bonds, they wouldn't reimburse me, and that my items were "lost" and how they can't help you recover items. They even went so far as to verify that my account wasn't hacked/hijacked, they just didn't want to help me. Jagex effectively stole $70 dollars from me. This makes me doubly mad as I had recently began playing again so I could have a game I can play with friends of mine who I never see anymore. I had a better time with support calling Nintendo in 2021 to ask for support with a broken N64 my buddy had. As archaic and out of touch as Nintendo are, they *still* provided me with a better experience.

where is the customer support

Jagex has ZERO way to contact them. i play runescape and have experienced several game breaking bugs which stop me playing the game that i pay to play.I've posted several times on their forums only for it to be removed by some kid with power that doesn't even work for the company. Jagex will only leave up good reviews on its websites and removes anything negative.

No player support at all

No player support at all, only billing support, can ban player without clear evidence/rule breaking and unappealable because of not having any player support.

Jagex is the worst run operation

Jagex is the worst run operation. These people are the most narcissistic people who run their company like a prison. They treat customers as prisoners. You cannot speak to them, only be spoken to. Give us your money and shut up! Their systems for automating are so poorly implemented and don't function well. They are largely broken, but there's no way to contact them to tell them. Thousands of accounts are lost because people can't recover them, even if you have years of payment history to them, too bad. This is the asinine way to conduct themselves and it seems almost evil, certainly criminal. But, the frustration of having paid $100's to these people and not even have a chat line, email or a pay support line to ask a question is completely unacceptable and tyrannical! I wouldn't have invested if I knew they would later be hiding behind this ridiculous excuse for providing support to paying customers. They would be better off charging some fee to have someone else handle accounts. Jagex's biggest problem for their lack of being a huge success is Jagex! 100%, Plain and simple! If they could ever get out of their own way and wear some looser underwear, they might actually enjoy life and begin clipping coupons! But, NO!! We have to make it painful for everyone by hiding from customers and putting a broken automated system between us with absolutely NO WAY for customers to contact us, outside of a snail mail telegram, which they don't respond to. I've tried!

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. I tried to return to the game after a few years and found my account permanently banned for macroing. I had to google what that was!! Only way to contact “customer service” was on Twitter. Extremely limited communication, for get trying to liaise with someone, you’ll get a different “mod” every time. Would not hear me out and only said that the ban had been reviewed and the decision was final. They certainly don’t know what “innocent until proven guilty is” or how to communicate with customers. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. No loyalty to customers, started the account in 2006.

Real Customer Support is non-existant

My account is 14 years old. Recently have had some issues with access. Changed my comms email account and received notification it had been successful. Now I am not receiving any emails on the new email account (or the old one). Basically my account is now inaccessible and Jagex have no way I can talk to anyone about it!! If anyone from Jagex wished to help I have ticked the inform Jagex box.
