Just found out that when I paid for a 3mo sub over a year ago and then immediately cancelled it that never went through so these thieves have been taking money out of my account every few months for a game I haven't been playing. I used to go back every few years to resub and check it out but not anymore. Skeezy as hell.
I’d give you guys a zero, banned my account for macroing, even though I didn’t, I used runelite which you claim to use. You found it is easy to ban me for something I didn’t do into take my money from my credit card without my permission. You are a joke of a company and a bunch of con artists
Awful customer service/support. How do you lodge a account recovery then deny it 5 seconds later, which means its automated and not looked at. Considering how big the company is, please improve your customer services. WOW and SWTOR have awesome customer services. I have played Runescape/OSRS for years and I was hacked, my own fault I cant deny that, stupid enough to click on a 3rd Party Email, but I have enough evidence from transactions to your year on Runescape etc and it is still denied!!!
Very very angry been banned for botting on osrs I don't even go on osrs I only play rs3 I've spent so much time and money on this game to them to say I've botted on osrs like wth why can't you just investigate and find the truth out before you per ban people this is a joke I want to get a refund as I bought they year pass and for them to do this furious
Only one star because I can't give none.I am a very loyal player with almost 1y of playing time and RS has been part of my life for atleast 13 years. 4/05/2020 I got the message that my main account (smallekalle) was banned for macroing. I immediately send an appeal but wasn't able to explain anything and got a pretty fast and rude reply that my account will be banned forever.I'm absolutely heart-broken since they are treating me like I'm a full-time botter that abuses this game to the fullest. There are plenty of accounts that are botting millions of exp yet they ban a loyal player that clearly has nothing to do with botting. I was mainly active in pvp, none of non-combat skills were above level 70. They don't even make the effort to look at your stats/exp rates to make a decision.They have the most unfriendly system I've ever seen for people who are banned incorrectly. Don't even think of starting this game because at every moment you could get banned and there is nothing you can do about it. The only thing you can do is sending a pré written bullcrap appeal without being able to explain anything. If that appeal gets denied which it will you lost your account forever. They will even block you from posting on their forums and there is no customer support email to write to.Thanks for ruining my love for this game Jagex, I spend a year of my life playing this game and you take it away without even allowing me to explain one single thing. What monster is behind this?Disgusting service
