I ordered a dress from this website for a specific event. I read the T&Cs and delivery information prior to ordering to make sure It would arrive in time for the event. The website states the orders will be packaged up and posted out within two days of receiving the order, and from there, the delivery company can take up to five working days to deliver the item.
To date, I have been waiting three weeks for the dress I ordered, and I still have not received it. It has now missed the delivery deadline for the event I wanted it for.
The website did not state that this dress was not in stock. In fact, it very much looked like it was in stock and didn't require to be pre-ordered.
I emailed this company, and got a response Telling me the item was on pre-order but the item was due to be received into their warehouse soon, would be posted out on Monday. It is now Thursday, I have had no email to say the item has been dispatched. I have emailed the person who originally communicated with me three times and have been ignored.
I've accepted the item won't arrive on time and have requested a refund. I fear this will be a painful process, reading the other reviews on here.
I strongly recommend people do not order from this company. The customer service is the worst I've experienced, and these are not cheap items.

The delay in receiving this Emilia Cape was the worst I've ever experienced. The company Anne Louise Boutique does not have very good customer service.
I returned an item Emilia Cape on the 2nd of January, this company have confirmed receipt of the item and I am still waiting for a refund to this day. They do not respond to emails and when they do its not in response to the email they received.

Delivery took too long, and I missed the occasion!

It took 6 weeks for the item to arrive, and by the time it did, the reason I purchased it had already passed! I requested a refund on December 29, 2025, and as of January 13, I haven't received any updates or my money back! Extremely disappointing customer service. 😡

Untrustworthy Service

Untrustworthy people take your money and provide numerous excuses but fail to deliver the item. It's shocking that this happens during the holiday season. What goes around comes around, and this company deserves to be investigated. I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase.

Beautiful Cape, Worth the Wait

Delivery took some time due to customs, but the communication was friendly and reassuring. The fur cape arrived today, and it is absolutely gorgeous! Definitely worth the wait!

Avoid at All Costs

Avoid this company! They take your money but fail to deliver and ignore follow-up emails. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. They keep promoting the cape but can't fulfill existing orders. Initially, they blamed high demand, but now there’s complete silence after nearly three weeks. I’m shocked they're still operating given the negative feedback.

My overall experience was not great. I wasn't prepared for such a long wait for delivery. If you're okay with waiting around 4-5 weeks for your item, I would have rated it higher. On the positive side, their communication was good, and the product quality is excellent.

Lovely Cape Worth the Wait

Although my order took longer than expected, every email inquiry was promptly answered. They were transparent about the delay due to high demand. The wait was absolutely worth it, as the cape is stunning, and I plan to order from them again.
