I can't log in to my account and I can't move my claimed artist to another email, and no support or service! only if you pay for Pro-plan!
No reply to any of my emails and messages...
Why do we artists have to be taken advantage of constantly? i just want to upload my own lyrics to my own songs with my own effort. Verifying is taking weeks now and i keep getting emails, if i upgrade that i get special treatment. Is this a joke? Its like a black mirror episode!!!!!!! Its my own lyrics and my own songs i cant believe this is real!

I use Musixmatch as a contributor, adding lyrics. The platform is well organized, it’s easy to contribute, and you can clearly see the impact of your work. The app and the syncing tools are really helpful, and overall the experience feels straightforward and motivating.
As a small improvement, it would be great to make the review/validation process more transparent (for example, more feedback when a change is rejected). Other than that, excellent.
I THINK IT IS AN INNOVATIVE, SOCIALLY-CONSCIOUS COMPANY THAT IS BRINGING PEOPLE TOGETHER THROUGH MUSIC AND THE FEELINGS IT EVOKES IN US. IT'S A NEW WAY OF CONNECTING IN THIS NEW ERA. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AND I HOPE THAT MY CONTRIBUTIONS CAN ADD TO THE PEOPLE WHO ALSO SEEK TO FEEL GOOD THROUGH MUSIC.
A frustrating service for free users that feels nearly impossible to navigate. I only have one artist, so why should I pay for another subscription? I registered, submitted my documents, and requested to add my artist, but since then, I’ve heard nothing. Although they state that verification takes several days to a week, it’s been nearly a month. I've already released four singles, but due to their delays, I still can't add lyrics to even the first one! They simply won’t verify my account. I noticed that my distribution service has a fast verification option, but it’s not functional because it requires adding a new artist (even if it’s the same one), and they haven’t verified my existing artist for almost a month. I thought about deleting the current artist and re-adding them through my distribution service. However, there’s no option to delete the artist anywhere! Since my account seemed unusable, I decided to delete it and create a new one, hoping to link the artist through my distribution service immediately. I deleted my account, created a new one, but now I can’t log in! Every time I try, I face an endless loading screen or an error message: "Something went wrong". An incredibly frustrating service that, unfortunately, dominates its niche, leaving you with no real alternatives since music stores exclusively work with it. It’s simply inconvenient to use. -- Update: After my review, they reached out quickly and verified my artist almost immediately. I’m still dissatisfied with the website's complexity (it’s quite easy to get lost in it) and the fact that even basic actions like deleting an artist come with a fee. However, they do seem to care about their reputation and respond swiftly to issues. In the realm of digital services, that’s quite significant.

Every time I try to log in, I get an Infinite loading screen or error: "Something went wrong".An absolutely terrible service that, unfortunately, has a monopoly in its niche, and you simply have no alternative, since music stores only work with it. It's simply impossible and inconvenient to use.--Update: After my review, they contacted me quickly and verified my artist almost instantly.I'm still not happy with how inconvenient the website is (it's very easy to get confused in it), as well as the fact that even basic functions like deleting an artist are behind a paywall.But at least they genuinely care about their reputation and are quite quick to try to help. In the world of digital services this is very important.
By far one of the worst apps out there. The website is riddled with errors and glitches, the ai chatbot doesn't help at all, and there is no way to communicate with support. I have had issues since June 2025, and I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me. Based on what the AI chat said, the only way to "fix" the issue is by subscribing, contacting support, or verifying my account. First of all, why would I pay money to support a broken website? I'm still dealing with the same issues where the system is stuck telling me to verify, when my account has been verified. I cannot add my lyrics to my own songs, and there is no way to report these issues to Musixmatch. When the chatbot does "offer" to connect me with support, I am forced to select 1 of a few pre-populated options that are not related to my issue.There is no contact us page, and all of the available "emails" that I've sent mail to have never gotten back to me. 6 months later, still no answer.
