First time order and very impressed

I placed an order with Japan2Uk the week before Christmas so one of the busier times of year for them probably. I received my order 5 days later which was packaged up securely and neatly. Upon opening the loose packs id ordered to qualify for free shipping were not included. I emailed them and received a response the same day saying they would sort and the next day (Christmas eve) received email from royal mail confirming they had my parcel which was received a few days after. Great customer service

Wouldn't go anywhere near them

Wouldn't go anywhere near them. No phone for proper communication. Ordered with 24hr delivery and 8 days later still nothing. Claimed to resolve the problem over email yesterday only to have confirmation today I won't be receiving the item.
