Nothing shipped, no updates, no replys to my emails, nothing!Altough the shop always responds here on this page, they dont reply in reality to any of my mails, or even send updates whats going on with your order. I waited more than three weeks for any update and also wrote emails.. nothing
I made a $50 order of 9 items on June 23. According to their website, delivery takes 4-5 days. 6 weeks later, I've only received 3 items. After reaching out 3 times, the company finally responded that they had to move their warehouse to Japan (it would have been nice to be warned about this delay when I made the order for a July birthday present). On July 10, they assured me the rest of my order would be "shipped soon." On July 22 they said the same. Now it's August 8... and no shipment or rumor of a shipment. At this point I'd be thrilled with a refund.
Great selection and variety of items! Everything is always months away from the expiration date so I can stock up on items to enjoy for a later date. I’ve never had an issue with missing or wrong items and I’ve ordered from them several times! Shipping takes a bit, but it’s worth it for my favorite Japanese candies that I can’t find so easily in my country. My only wish is that they would restock more often but there are worse problems to have!
