I usually don't write reviews, but it appears that only those who post here receive any responses. Other methods of communication seem pointless. I placed an order on 12 November after previously using the service for a subscription, although it was a while ago. At the time of my order, there was no indication of a warehouse relocation or shipping delays, just the usual email stating a two-week timeframe. One of my items was shipped quickly from Singapore, but the rest are missing. After sending two emails, I've received no response and still have no items, while they continue to promote a 50% off sale for the holidays. I have no option but to initiate a chargeback since I have no idea if my items will ever be shipped, nor can I get any information about a refund for the items that haven't shipped.

I love this online store; they offer the best sweets and treats! The prices are also very good. I would appreciate more variety and larger packaging for snacks, as I feel the portions are a bit small. Other than that, I really enjoy shopping here for the delicious treats they offer.
I never received my order from August. They informed me of delays due to warehouse issues. Every time I followed up via email, they promised to address it soon, but it’s been almost four months now. They really shouldn’t accept orders while relocating. I wouldn’t recommend them; it's very unprofessional.
