Great subscription boxes!

I have been very pleased with the subscription boxes I've received so far. They include a wide variety of candies and snacks that I haven't encountered before. Although the warehouse move has caused a significant delay of about 7 months, I hope things will return to normal once the relocation is complete.

No order updates

I've ordered from them twice before, and both times my orders arrived quickly. However, it's been two weeks since my third order, and it still hasn't shipped. I only learned about the warehouse move through other reviews; I wish they had communicated this earlier. I've also emailed and messaged on Messenger but have yet to receive a reply.

Avoid this website

Avoid this website. I placed my order, but they were misleading about both shipping and response times. They didn't ship it for weeks, nor did they reply to my inquiries despite my multiple attempts to reach out. I'm disappointed and will not use this service again once I receive my refund.

Lack of response

I previously purchased from the store in 2021 with great service. However, after placing an order on November 16, I am still waiting for it to ship. I've emailed but received no response. This feels extremely unprofessional. As I mentioned in my email, I understand there may be warehouse changes, but this should have been communicated clearly on the website to allow customers to make informed decisions. At this rate, my order will arrive months from now and be of no use.

Love This Store!

So, I want to start by saying I love this store. I have bought from it many times in the past. With my recent order though, this is the longest it has ever taken to arrive. I made 2 orders, 1 on October 15th 2025 the other on October 22nd 2025 I feel they should have arrived already, but they have not. In the past , they arrived within 1 - 2 weeks. It is November 14th 2025 today, and I have not gotten any updates on the orders. It shows they have not even shipped, it just says "confirmed". On the Shop app it just says "preparing shipment". I already contacted their email and WhatsApp support. I couldn't get to their SMS support, because it says it was too busy and not available. I did get a response from their YouTube channel when I commented on their YouTube short video. I will say again, this store is great, they have an awesome variety of things to buy, just wish their costumer support was a little better. 🚨UPDATE🚨 they responded back to me through email and YouTube comments. The delays are because of them moving warehouses. I'm glad I got a response back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Complete scam. You will have your money taken with no response or shipping update. $130 taken from me with no response in emails or any communication whatsoever. I requested to have my order canceled the day after I made it and had no response and no refund after a month. Cancel my order JCS67718!

I sent out two emails few days ago and…

I sent out two emails few days ago and they still haven't replied. They don't send emails about shipping their items nor on my request to cancel my items; I had to send a billing dispute to my card company because of this. I recommend not ordering from them unless you like waiting endlessly and getting no replies to emails!

Ordered July 2025, still waiting for order December 2025

I ordered in July 2025, and received only one item from my order about 2 weeks later. I am still waiting for the rest of my order, around £35 worth.I have emailed multiple times and received a copy and paste response about warehouse issues in early September. I was promised my order was shipping soon. It's 2 months on now from that last update and still nothing,and no replies to my emails asking for an update.Edit to reply to reply: This is exactly what I was told more than 2 months ago. And how can they state my order is being shipped ASAP? They have no way of identifying my order number from this review.Edit one month later: Still no notification my order has been dispatched. I have absolutely no confidence this is coming or that I am being taken seriously. As you don't respond unless I comment here, I would appreciate a cancellation and refund at this point. I'm so tired of it. Thanks.
