I love Japan Candy Store…

Never had an order mixed up or an item missing. Snacks and candy are amazing and don't come damaged. Packaging is cute and nice. Overall 10/10 I would rate 5 stars.

one of the better ones

I like that you can buy items a la cart though the best stuff is always sold out. The single buy items are a bit on the pricier side but sometimes they are the only online asian store that has that item. Like many box subscriptions they put way too many gummy or other gelatin and non vegetarian items in the box and its tough to get an ingredient list if they do not post translation on the web site or label over the package. I think these are areas they can improve on. I like that they have more options than most .

No refund, no response, no order.

6/18I did receive a response finally and a credit to use in the shop as well as an apology for the delay. I appreciate that and while I wish it hadn't taken so long it seems they've been very busy with all the displeased customers. They assured me they've sorted their shipments and I'll take them at their word and give another shot with my gift card.I made a purchase from Japan Candy Store that was shipped on the 15th of April. I still have not received my order. I have been in contact with them and they continued to ask me to be patient as it had been shipped. I believe it was shipped but lost in transit. Once I asked for either a refund or a replacement order to be sent out, they didn't respond. My tracking never worked, it either said there was an error or tracked a totally different package each day. I'm just glad this was a small purchase so I'm not out a ton of money. But I won't be purchasing from here again.

I never received my order

Update: It is now July and order never arrived and tracking number expired. Will definitely never order again.🤷‍♀️I never received my order. Checked tracking and it kept changing. At one point it said the package was in Dallas, where I live, then suddenly it was all the way in Ohio. Emailed company and they sent me the same tracking number and the tracking info has changed again!! I ordered over a month ago. I’ve just accepted I’m not getting my order but I will never order from this company again!!

I ordered kitkat and pocky from Japan…

I ordered kitkat and pocky from Japan Candy Store to Serbia (18th April) they came at 9th May because of Easter and 1st May. The chocolates are perfect and are not melted. Preporuka za sve koji žele da uzmu slatkiše iz Japana na prostor Balkana.
