All expired, sneaky website, bad customer service

Every item was expired, sneaky with the dates on the website. Awful customer service, refuses refund, other reviews say the same. Excuses on top of excuses with this company and their service.

Great Product!!

Got this for my friend's birthday, he loved it!!!! He loved all the snacks and let me try some, and they were delicious. Loved the free shipping and (at least for one box) it was super affordable for how many snacks he got.

The items arrived in a very timely…

The items arrived in a very timely manner. I cannot say I liked everything that I got, but I got the items that I did just to try things out for fun. All of it was fun and even the items that didn't end up being to my taste were still very good, all things considered. I highly recommend the strawberry, vanilla, and caramel custard cakes. They were my favorite.

Expired foods, and Bad Customer Service

**edit in response to their reply: I have already emailed that email address and sent photo evidence of expired products and still been refused a refund.YOU ARE LIARS!! YOU DO SEND EXPIRED GOODS AND I HAVE PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE!**Expired products that were NOT clearly date marked on the website.Poor customer service too...I emailed them and told them I was not happy with receiving expired products,they told me the items were fine and would not refund said items! I don't want to eat expired goods thanks,and would not have purchased had I have known.Looking at other reviews it appears Im not the only customer that has experienced this!

everything is expired

I have ordered some products from your store at the beginning of December 2022, but everything is expired in October 2022. When I received my package, I was really shocked, I have paid so much and also waited for so long time, then got all the things that are expired. I don't know how to deal with it, because these are christmas presents for my friends.

They ship with scammers

The morning after my package shows it arrived in the U.S. I got a text with a link to a fake/scam USPS website telling me: Your package arrived at the transit center, but we were unable to deliver it due to incorrect shipping information on the package.So clearly they have my phone number and know that I have a package en route. Great, scammers now have my phone number. Their shipping partners are involved in scams, and decently sophisticated since they target people expecting a package from overseas which could reasonably have a delivery exception. Maybe don't give them my phone number.
