Got An Order Worth More Than I Paid!

Amazing service.I ordered the last in stock of a large bag of Pocky Golden Butter Caramel, but received an email shortly after the order went through to tell me that due to an administration error the item was actually already out of stock.The reason this review is still 5 stars is the fact that they let me choose a few items from the store as replacements, and even allowed me to go over the value of the original order by more than £10 at no extra cost.Both the employees I dealt with in order to remedy the stock issue were incredibly kind, helpful, and prompt with replying. Couldn't ask for better service, they more than made up for the mishap and I'm very satisfied.As for the shop itself, the prices are very fair and the delivery costs to the UK are the cheapest I've found on any Japanese food supplier's website by FAR (just £3.99 with no customs). If that isn't deserving of 5 stars, I don't know what is.

Very helpful

I've had very pleasant experiences with this store, they have a lot to chose from and deliver within 2-3 weeks of order. The only issue I've had so far is I ordered 2 box's within days of each other and I never got the shipment confirmation email for the 2nd one, when I messaged to see what happened they were very helpful and sent me the tracking links right away.

A lovely experience!

I ordered a bunch of different types of bubble gum from them all tasted amazing! Considering the distance shipping was very reasonable and the packaging was secure. Also the website layout is easy to navigate.

A nice and economic experience.

I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying from their services through this years. I’ve been in the necessity sometimes of canceling subscription due to getting fired, but although the shipping service is kinda rough due to being free (my packages arrive 1 month / month and half later, but that happens with anything I buy from overseas) I waited patiently and I’ve not been disappointed. The candy selection is really nice, they share too info about Japanese customs inside every box, the times I won the chance draws on instagram they diligently sent me the $100 prizes with no faults and even when they offered a limited edition playing card Pocky deck by subscribing, it arrived harmless. I had an alternate subscription to Tokyo treat, but always Japan Candy Box packages arrived, and early.

I really love Japan Candy store so much because they always have tons of variety candies to choose from! As someone who loves japan and sweet these box really makes me happy everytime i receive one to my doorstep! Definitely recommend it!
