Very serious store. The order arrived in ~1 month from China to Romania. I love the chocolate sticks (Toppo and Pocky). I also loved the little surprise that I have found inside the package - a small card with the name of the person who packed my order. I love this store! Everything is so delicious and different from what I can find in the US. The shipping was free if you spent a certain amount of money which I think is a very fair offer, and shipping didn’t even take as long as I thought it would. Highly recommend
I have ordered from this website multiple times, and each time I have been satisfied. Shipping is easily the cheapest I've ever found as a Canadian shopper, and the packages come very fast. Plus, the products themselves are less expensive than many competitors.
I ordered candy for a friend and everything went perfectly! I was a bit skeptical before my purchase since it was a much better option than all of the alternatives, but I have no complaints at all. I was able to get japanese goods for a fair price and not wait too long? Almost too good yo be true. The strawberry kitkats I ordered were about 10 dollars and shipping was 3 for the cheapest option. That's less than the what I'd have to pay for if I got it from another site I looked at, which sold the same product at 20. And that wasn't even including shipping. The only pro was that it would arrive a few days earlier.The selection they have is great. The japanese markets around me are too far from me and only have a fraction of products available compared to japancandystore. So many brands to choose from and they are categorized so you can find exactly what you are craving for.As large as the variety is, I think more than half of the stuff is out of stock! Not a problem if you don't mind trying something else, but if you want something specific, you'll definitely want to get an email when its back in stock. They sell quite fast so you have to be quick too. Shipping was actually quick, considering how far it had to go. For the price that you pay as well as get a tracking number, it's great. I checked it quite frequently and was pleasantly surprised to see updates. Although they give you 2 sites to check your tracking number, only the international mail site gave me info, even after it arrived in the US. As for USPS, zilch. Nothing appeared there even after the order was received. In a nutshell°Prices fair, even with shipping (which had about 3 options I think)°Tracking number is actually updated!°Wide selection of products, but only a fraction are actually in stock. °Products arrived in good conditionI am very happy with my experience and would recommend this site. I will definitely order again. If you are in a hurry, you can might find the same products elsewhere, but the prices would be steeper.Note:If you order for the first time, the site will make an account for you, using your email. If you plan to use the site, they provide your password in an email they send to you.
