They are scammers and all positive reviews will be bought. I have been waiting for the package from 17 September and not seeing it arrive in fact we arrived in November and absolutely nothing arrived and I asked them for a refund that is due to me by right but they refused. Don't buy from these crooks thieves.
I'm a in between snacker, always looking for more healthy crunch snack selections. This was it! Love the veggie selections and my fav, rice crisp and peanut mix, the best appetite pleaser so far. Took a minute to receive delivery but, delivery was successful, packaging was good and snacks were tasty.
Everything was reasonably priced and pretty cute! My package came well before the up to 8 week shipping window and was clearly packaged with care. I even got a free small gift! I loved the variety they offered and am thoroughly satisfied with the experience : )
Best prices and enormous choice of products! It's a shame for all the "out of stock" in the site but everything else is simply perfect! I'm from Italy and my pack it took almost a month to arrive and unfortunally the packiging was damaged but not one single snack where lost or broken. in the end I'll absolutely advise this site for everyone who want to taste some real japanese snacks.
This company, JapanCandyStore, included expedited shipping fees when declaring the value of the package for duties. The value of the goods, candies, I bought did not change with the addition of expedited shipping but they declared the package as such. When addressed, they responded saying that DHL requires the full value invoiced to the customer and shrugged it off with no remorse or offer to help remedy the situation while saying, "I hope you understand". Disgusting.I hope that other potential customers see this and stay aware of JapanCandyStore potentially overvaluing their packages for duties. Do not support this type of business practice! Needless to say, I will no longer be ordering from this store again.Edit: In response to the Reply, I've ordered from the store before in February 2021. The order came as ordered with no issue. Why this is an issue this time around, I am unaware of but with the little to no assistance I am receiving with this case, I'll happily take my business elsewhere.
Tons of cute delicious Japanese snacks to choose from, they pack them with care! They offer either free shipping with tracking for spending a certain amount or you can pay for shipping for it to arrive quicker. Even with the free shipping, items arrived within a few weeks!
