My fitness journey after having my second child has been amazing with the help from my amazing talented coach Paula! I lost more than my weight I expected she guided me and taught me everything I know now. I was setting wins everyday. Days when i didn’t feel up to anything or was struggling with mum life Paula taught me to just pick one thing instead of 5-10 and keep the focus and the rest will align. I’m greatful for her for her experience, her knowledge, & her kindness. Paula has been helping me get in shape for my upcoming wedding she has become my friend not just my coach. A relationship i value so much for all that she has taught me and continues to teach me. I strongly recommend everyone to give Paula the opportunity to help you in your fitness journey she won’t let you down. I have seen results, consistency, & hard work from her. She really is amazing at her job everytime I speak with her her natural passion for fitness and nutrition shows. Professional to a high extent. 5 stars all the way!! I came across JG Physiques by chance one day. It was the best thing that has happened to my health and wellbeing in a long time. After a few years of neglect (overeating, no exercising, etc.) I was depressed, pre-diabetic and in a bad place.That all turned around the moment I was contact by James Gough. His no nonsense, but supportive approach was just what I needed.Then once I was signed up, I had the amazing Carl Griffiths as my coach. He talked the talk and has walked the walk. His weight loss journey is as inspirational as he is humble and supportive. I and his other clients get numerous messages everyday...from early morning through to the evening. His positivity and directness have been instrumental in my journey. He (and his colleagues) are glowing ambassadors for JG Physiques. Accountability to achieve fitness and mindset goals.Ive just JG Physique on amd off for the last 5 years to help me get on and stay on track with being the best version of myself. Im having an excellent experience with my coach who gets my goals, appreciates my challenges and encourages me to succeed. I would highly recommend.
The past year has been an incredible journey. Not only for the professionalism of the team and my wonderful coach Paula but for all that is provided with support, planning, goal setting, nutrition and accountability. It's also been a wake up and learning curve for me to find that life balance and be more in positive control of my daily habits to live in a healthier body. Mindset has become a big part of my journey and I'm very grateful also for the encouragement and weekly calls and zoom check ins where learning is always at the forefront.
