MY REVIEW WAS DELETED? DO NOT BUY THESE EARBUDS IN THE UK.. GEN 2 ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE USA AND THIS VERSION DOES NOT CONNECT WITH ANY OF THEIR APPS.here it is again: DO NOT BUY THESE EARBUDS - they are useless. They don't work with their old App or the new App and therefore you cannot control the functions whatsoever. Support was useless and dont take accountability for selling a product (In the UK) that is not fit for purpose. They are still advertised on all of their retail outlets in the UK. I paid £69.99 for them and they literally do not work. They dont even sell the 2nd generation in the UK (apparently the only ANC Version that work with the App) to replace them. It should be be illegal to sell goods that are not fit for purpose. I have raised this with Trading Standards in the UK.
Bought Jlab go air sports.Excellent shipment, unfortunately the ear buds are barely usable.The Bluetooth keeps cutting out and the left ear bud doesn’t respond.No problem I thought but the returns process is not worth the paper it’s written on, eight emails in and they keep asking the same questions.Won’t be buying from Jlab again.
My ear buds died after one year - I left a friendly review on the Jlab web site and got an instant response expressing their sadness and promising a quick replacement. This was all achieved successfully in a couple of days - and might I say - with a degree of good humour and kindness! Fabulous customer service. Thank you Steve and the team.
I won't focus this review on the exceptional balance quality- price that Jlab offers through their product, but after I contact them with a query I really feel that I received some of the best customer service i got in years, i dealt with Steve that was polite, quick, friendly and ever-so-helpful. Kudos to a company that keep their customers in such high consideration.
I have purchased several products from ear buds I use for the gym to the work headsets they offer. I have never had an issue before until recently. One of my work headsets was having some issues. I reached out to file a claim under warranty and they made the process seamless, VERY fast, and VERY easy (I started and finished the process in less than a couple of hours). They completely covered a new set and I had it delivered in less than a week. Top notch.
+ Have bought JBUDPRO wireless signature earbuds in Tesco which failed after few weeks of running. Filled in the Warranty claim back in May. + Contacting via email: No response so far. + Contacting on the phone: no phone number
