The service is appaulling.My ear buds…

The service is appaulling.My ear buds havnt worked since only a few weeks of having them,I've sent emails,completed an online form & call numerous times,Noone ever answers all you get is an automated message explaining how to reboot.I will never buy from this company,Hoping coming on here will draw some attention to get someone to help me.

Worse than terrible customer support

I've had several JLab earbuds, always recommended them to my friends and family. Then, one of the ears of one pair of mine fell on the street, and I sent JLab a message. They were very responsive and gave me information on how to replace it (by paying only the equivalent of one ear, which I thought was very pleasing. Well, until one other bought in two weeks had an ear stop working, and I tried to resolve both issues at once. Guess what, they simply stopped answering my e-mails. Flat out ignored. And then, the pair I bought for my roomate, started having issues too, like two months after the purchase. It's been five totally ignored e-mails and a very crappy feeling of someone burning my money. Please avoid this brand at all costs.

Zero customer support

I bought Lux ANC Noise Cancelling Wireless Bluetooth Over-Ear Headphones a little while ago and according to the company blurb on the box there is always a person to help. Not so, I have tried repeatedly to reach out to the company to get help with setting up the earphones (cannot get bluetooth or the app to work) but have never heard back from a person, not even a bot. Not sure what else a person can do when no-one wants to help. Sadly they were a waste of money as can only use them as noise cancelling and cannot make use of the to listen to anything.

CUSTOMER SERVICE APPALLING - I sent 4th email to support@jlab > with full information required with attachments > not read again! > repeated same unprofessional unhelpful automatic response! First contact is dismal and frustrating, Argos advised I must contact them first re a warranty question. What is the point of having an email for support? Seems very unfair and avoidance, this is fraud.

Bought some jlab earphones which are…

Bought some jlab earphones which are good apart from the poor Bluetooth connection which means they sometimes can cut out when my phone is in my pocket. Can only get a replacement if I provide evidence of me destroying the original despite offering to show evidence of them not working

My time with jlab is over

My time with jlab is over and it's their own fault. I saved up my points for many months when I went to use them I could not find my reward points or anything pertaining to their reward points program on their website. The lady I spoke with said that was "really weird" and said she would check what the problem is and took all of my info. She then said "oh we ended our rewards program" after gaslighting me and telling me how weird it was that I could not find anything pertaining to their rewards program on their website. They told NO ONE that they were ending their rewards points program nor did they put anything on their website to announce the end of their reward points program. The lady on the phone said sorry and said she would be issuing me a $25 discount code. (that's what she said I did not misunderstand her) When I tried the discount code she gave me it did not work. I asked her if the code will work for ANY item. She confirmed yes that it would work on ANY item. It did not work on the item of my choice. I tried another item and discovered it took $6.25 off the other item I checked. So she lied and said $25 off and actually gave me 25% off when my points I earned were worth over well over $15 dollars, more like $20-$25. I tried cancelling an order I placed previously and (at the time the order) was not fulfilled and she refused. She aided in my decision to end ANY future wireless earbud orders with jlab. I promptly order a new pair that cost even less then the order she was refusing to cancel. I love how the lady sent me emails after the fact to try to cover her rear as if that will change reality. They should have treated a long time customer better.

Audio works well and very reliable but…

Audio works well and very reliable but not as water resistant as described and difficult to clean, occasionally an ear bud will stop bluetoothing though but overall a reliable and trustworthy product (at least in my experience) 8/10 purchase

Rubbish in every way

Rubbish in every way. Dont waste your money. They dont connect to any app to be able to manage the sound or settings - so completely useless.Customer service is useless and unresponsive.
