This product is inaccurate and not worth purchasing! The readings for blood pressure and other metrics are far from what professional instruments show. The software menus are partially untranslated, with many items still in another language, and the navigation is frustratingly imprecise. Additionally, the return policy is unclear, with slow responses. A refund will be deducted by $30, which is the price I paid for the watch. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
My device worked well until recently, just under a year after receiving it. The air pump for blood pressure measurement is failing to inflate properly. I am awaiting a response from the company, but the chat was unresponsive, and I submitted a request through the contact form.
There is no way to calibrate the device. I tested it against two different blood pressure machines multiple times, and the readings are significantly off.
