Care from Joi is so personalized and easy. The process of sending lab order to scheduling review is seamless. The lab review is very thorough, and happily answer any questions. Shipment of supplements has always been timely. I couldn’t ask for a better care team to optimize health and hormones!
I'll be honest, every time I read good reviews I am always leery, wondering if the person was compensated for leaving it. After my experience with Joi, I firmly believe these good reviews because my experience was phenomenal! I had to get a hysterectomy at a very young age due to medical conditions and I have been battling hormones ever since. (3 years) I've went several routes, pills, pellets, etc. I never felt my best on any of them and when I would voice that, I felt like I wasn't ever listened to. My body was reacting terribly but I was told it was all normal and I could slap another prescription on it to cover up the side effects. I just about threw in the towel on my health. I was done looking for answers. Then I saw Joi all over social media. Again I was leery because you never know what's real these days. I didn't want to start all over but I took the leap anyways. I bought the comprehensive panel and got SO many answers. My provider jumped right on top of it with a game plan to address ALL OF IT. I was so impressed with how thorough she was and she listened and answered all of my questions. THEN ... got to meet with my assigned health coach and had the same 10/10 experience with her. I am only a couple of months in with Joi + Blokes, but so far my experience has been so positive. Finally someone listened to all of the issues I was having and didn’t just blow me off or tell me that’s just how women age. My provider Lauren has gone through my lab results with me in great detail so that I can understand what areas might need attention and what areas I am doing well in. She is so patient and explains everything about why numbers could be high or low and what options I have to improve those numbers. My health coach Beth has also been amazing answering any questions I might have after my appointments. I am really looking forward to continuing my journey with Joi + Blokes, these first couple of months already have me feeling much better!
I had very great experience. My Provider Sophia Viner explained to me very well about my test results and was very patience in answering to my questions. And made sure that I understand and recommendations and suggestions were very good. also I had follow up call with health support - James answered to all my questions and concerns.
It was great to be heard, and not told it’s normal to be completely exhausted and gaining weight like crazy. I am a person that works out regularly and eats clean, nothing was working. Reviewing my blood work explained everything and validated what I’m feeling is happening, I’m not crazy !
