From the moment I purchased my labs, everything was taken care of in a timely manner from getting my lab order, to making my appointment with a provider. I couldn’t be happier with my appointment to go over my results. She broke everything down and explained it all to me. I look forward to results after getting my treatment plan! I’m making the shift from Pellets to injections for HRT and so far Joi and Blokes have been on the ball with confidence and information that we can make this a smooth transition. Their program has been easy to set up and manage on my own time. It’s great if you live in or near a city so lab work can be a cinch and my coach seemed very knowledgeable about the various and sundry aspects of the care I am seeking in the alleviation of menopausal symptoms! I’m looking forward to a long and healthy relationship with them and at this juncture highly recommend their services
Zoom meetings with my medical provider went well and I felt listened to with a conservative approach to my complaints. Pills/injections being sent to your door is really nice. However, the logistics/customer service end of this company is a MESS and forced me to quit using their services while running out of a prescribed HRT med. Once you are set up on a treatment plan you have no way of calling or contacting your medical provider. All you can do is email (ONLY EMAIL) a customer service rep when you have questions, an issue or need help. My shipments of meds and my account has been disrupted due to errors on their end they say they can not correct the eorrr unless I pay for another appointment and do my labs again for the third time in 5 months. Run!
I came to Joi after having already started my HRT journey with another company that was no longer able to fully provide for me due to licensing in a new state I had moved to. While I thought my service was great with them I found it was nothing compared to the thoughtful and in-depth care I feel I am getting from Joi.From the very first moment of my calls with both my health coach and my clinician, I felt like I was talking to a friend and long time provider. Both took the time to really listen to me and provide a level of care that is unmatched in most doctors offices. I even received a thoughtful follow up from my health coach who also was able to swiftly help me address a small backend issue with the website that I later encountered. I really appreciate the way that my clinician went through each line of my hormonal blood test and how it really gave a complete picture of how we want to continue my journey from here by making little tweaks and improvements from the protocol I was already practicing. I very much look forward to continuing my hormone journey with Joi.

My testing was super easy, results were presented clearly, and my RN consultation was absolutely incredible! They do send an awful lot of emails afterwards and nag you about purchasing certain things, but overall its worth it because at the end of the day I still have control over my treatment plan.
I have been happily impressed since I started. I did the basic round of testing. It was offered at a great discounted price. Finding a lab to do the blood draw was quick and easy. My results came back pretty quickly, I would say about 5-6 days. But the 1:1 chat with the Clinician was my favorite part. Learning and understand each aspect of the testing, how they interact with one another and how they affect me was just what I needed. I now have a perfectly laid out game plan for treatment and on the road to feeling better.
I’ve been searching for help with menopause for about two years now. I’m currently a Kaiser member and although I pay A LOT of money for insurance I am nothing but a number to them. I asked for years for comprehensive labs, HRT options to included testosterone, and review of all labs to ensure I’m receiving appropriate dosage and there are no overlapping issues but was consistently told NO. I was told testing hormones provides no answers or benefit when in menopause and on HRT…how???!!!! Then I found Joi and Blokes and am so impressed with the comprehensive labs offered, the information from the consultation and suggestions to get my numbers to an optimal level.
