Joi has helped me so much in my HRT journey. With taking my HRT, my life has improved so much physically. I feel better, have more energy, and feel stronger. Im so glad my daughter referred me.

I wanted to get my health under control…

I wanted to get my health under control as I am turning 40 and seeing some changes. I was able to get testing done to check my hormones and meet with a practitioner to go through the results. They were very knowledgable and available for my questions and helped me every step of the way. We tried one treatment plan, and since have adjusted to something else. I highly recommend Joi and Blokes.

Misleading

Misleading, didn’t realize was not buying the actual products and then the prescription they put in was wrong anyways.

It is legit!

I've being doing HRT with them and I'm really happy with the results.My clinician is great she listens and provides actionable solutions not only for items sold by Joi but also supplements I can buy over the counter. It's not cheap, but worth it, seeing solid results after only 2 months

My experience has been wonderful

My experience has been wonderful! From scheduling my labs, to m eeting with the doctor, to receiving my personalized plan. Overall, I just feel better! The follow up appointment with my health coach was great and it’s very rewarding to see the results after 6 weeks

Anything to get you going…

It was great in the beginning to be heard and listened to! My health care team was quick to start my treatment plan based on blood tests, medical history and doctor's guidance. As time has gone on, I've had difficulty connecting with my team, appointments feel like starting at the beginning every time, and the prices keep going up for prescriptions and appointments.

My experience has not been terrible but…

My experience has not been terrible but also not as incredible as I had anticipated and hoped. My initial appointment was in a relatively reasonable amount of time and the turn around of my treatment plan was really quick. I was pleasantly surprised. I placed my order using a discount code and somehow my discount was removed in the payment process. I reached out via email and was told that I would be issued a refund of the discount amount. The next day I received a full refund which I assumed was just part of processing I didn’t receive an email until later on Monday stating that they had to issue a full refund and I needed to pay again. After expressing my disappointment in the delay of treatment this would create, I was assured that my order was never canceled or put on hold and I would experience no delay from my initial order. I received one of my orders quickly. Knowing each item could ship separately from different pharmacies, I waited for shipping confirmations. On day 11, I reached out again to check on the status of my orders and was told that my most expensive item has a note to hold it for me. There was no update of my other item on order. To say that I am disappointed in the ordering process and communication would be an understatement. The Portal states that it is in the process of being updated so hopefully I am able to utilize it in the future and know when there is a problem. It is currently not useful for anything.

Bad Customer Service & Accountability Joi and Blokes

I was really excited to try out this company, after hearing the founders talk on a podcast episode of @samcfit, who I follow on Instagram. I want to be excited about this company and process, but unfortunately I have had a really bad experience so far. I ordered the Advanced Panel Lab for bloodwork on 7/28/25, and got confirmation email and texts for my purchase and next steps. That same day, I scheduled my bloodwork at a lab near me (I don't live in an area that has at-home blood draws available for the company) and took the first available date which was on 8/12/25. I went to my blood draw appointment, no issues. When I got home I saw an email from Joi & Blokes saying it was time to schedule my blood draw and I was overdue in scheduling it. Confused, I emailed the company immediately and let them know that in fact, I had already not only scheduled, but gone that morning to have the blood draw. Then a few days later I logged into my account, and see that on 8/15/25 there was two orders in my account, both for an Advanced Panel lab. The original on 7/28, and another placed on 8/15. Now more confused, I emailed the team again and screenshotted the lab orders in my account letting them know I did not in fact order the exact same lab twice more than 2 weeks apart and if they could fix it on their end because I was getting multiple and confusing emails/texts about my appointments. Today on 8/18, I got an email response now saying they do not refund lab orders and can put the cost of the second lab on a gift card. This is not an okay solution; they had an error on their end, and instead of fixing it are putting the blame on me. I called and left a voicemail with the company as well in the hopes of talking to someone on the phone, but they specifically say they don't call back but will email or text instead. Because I have already sent multiple emails to them with no resolution, I am not confident in this getting solved. I used my HSA funds to purchase my lab, and was really hoping for a better outcome and accountability. Do better Joi and Blokes.
